Return and Exchange policy 

At The Good we are about good products and a good experience. That means that if you aren't feeling good about your purchase you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund for a flat rate fee of $5.

Why $5
Full transparency, we work hard to give you great prices which means, unlike some other workwear brands, we don't build in much of a buffer to cover other things. The cost of shipping your items back to us is, on average, about $10 so we are asking you to go splitsies with us - 50/50, right down the middle. It means you get to refund/swap your items and we get to keep giving you mates rates, always.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • For an exchange a $5 payment is required to receive the return shipping label
  • For a refund the $5 we be deducted from your purchase price

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 2-4 working days after approval.
